Gotta love cheetos and messy orange faces!
Trevor and I had a wonderful day and he let me take a few pictures as he ate his cheetos. I love his little messy face and sometimes he can be such a model (great for me!). Now that I am on maternity leave and have a few weeks off of school...I hope to have some time to blog...ha! ya right with a new baby coming right...

BBQ is serious business!
So I got my husband a smoker for Christmas. I knew he was going to love love love this gift...but I didn't realize how crazy smoking meat could be. He has smoked a pork shoulder and brisket so far that turned out amazing...but no joke he seriously woke up at 3am to put the meat in the smoker!! Not only do you have to wake up early but you have to keep replenishing the wood chips and coal for the following 8 hours AT THE LEAST which means NO SLEEP all night...insane...He swears its worth it though! Here are a few pics since he is so proud of his "work".

I heart faces - Best face photo of 2010
This week's contest over at i heart faces is to share our best face photo of 2010. This is my first time submitting a photograph and I am super excited that I had the courage! I had a really difficult time deciding between a few amazing photos but decided on this one:
This is my friend Sarah. I love love love her style and the contrast of color in this image.
In this photo I see confident, bold and risky. For 2011 my goal is to become confident in my abilities and take a risk starting with my photography business venture!
